INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

If you are unable to make it to your assignment or to an interview due to weather conditions, please call 202-659-2111, Ext. 15 and leave a message.

For those on temporary assignments, please know that whatever policy your specific company has on delays or closings, that is what you should follow.  If you do not know what the policy of the company is, please call Whitman Associates and we will get that information to you as quickly as possible.  We ask that you both call AND email us to ensure that your message has reached us.

2011 Holiday Schedule

The holiday season is here! Below is the schedule for time sheet due dates and paycheck availability throughout these hectic weeks. It is essential that you have your time sheets to us by the due time listed below. Only those time sheets that are received by the due time will be processed for paychecks.

All late time sheets will be processed the following week – NO EXCEPTIONS! Please note the changes for time sheet deadlines and check pick up days and hours.

For the week of Christmas (12/19/11-12/23/11), time sheets are due by 10am, Monday the 19th for the week ending 12/18. You can pickup your paycheck between 8am and 3pm on Wednesday the 21st.

For the week of New Years (12/26/11-12/30/11), time sheets are due by 10am, Tuesday the 27th for the week ending 12/25. You can pickup your paycheck between 8am and 3pm, Thursday the 29th.

All paychecks that are not picked up by 3pm will automatically be mailed out. Checks will not be held over holiday weekends -NO EXCEPTIONS. Please call Julie at 202-659-2111 if you have any questions about this schedule.
